This policy applies to purchases made at DALMA BEAUTY and is interpreted in accordance with Spanish consumer protection regulations.
Right of withdrawal
In general, consumers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to communicate their decision to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to state the reason, except in legally exempted cases.
To request a return, please write to dalmabeautys@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Condition of products
The product must be returned, when applicable, unused, complete, and in suitable condition, with its original packaging and intact hygiene seals.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, withdrawal is not permitted for cosmetic or personal care products that are delivered sealed and have been unsealed after delivery, when by their nature they are not suitable for return. Neither will used products be accepted as a voluntary return when their commercialization is prevented for hygienic reasons, without prejudice to the consumer's rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, non-conforming, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at dalmabeautys@gmail.com. We may request photographs to verify the incident. In these cases, the rights and remedies provided by consumer regulations will apply, and DALMA BEAUTY will bear the costs legally corresponding.
Return costs
For returns due to withdrawal, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless DALMA BEAUTY has agreed to assume it or applicable regulations state otherwise. When legally appropriate, the corresponding initial standard delivery costs will also be reimbursed.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and checked, we will communicate the approval or, where applicable, the reason for not proceeding with the refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless a valid agreement to the contrary exists. Once issued, the credit usually appears within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider, without prejudice to the maximum deadlines established by applicable legislation.
Order cancellation
You can request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by writing to dalmabeautys@gmail.com. Once dispatched, the appropriate return procedure will apply.
